The 12 NCR-IMT and 15 Hampton Roads IMT members who were deployed by the Virginia Department of Emergency Management to assist with Hurricane Harvey arrived in Shreveport, Louisiana at approximately 7:30 PM local Time. The team is scheduled to leave Shreveport at 3:00 AM in order to arrive at the College Station Base Camp at 0800 for further assignment.
